Check-in & Badge Printing
Each on-site badge station includes a pre-configured touch screen laptop, powerful badge printing software, and a Zebra Thermal Printer or Card Printer to produce high quality on-demand name badges with QR and/or RFID Encoding. Our BadgeStation® software will operate with and without a reliable internet connection, ensuring that your badge printing will continue to work in any environment.
Attendance/Session Tracking
Active Check-in & Location Monitoring Technology Each Attendee's location data is actively processed and analyzed by our core reporting systems to provide accurate, real-time attendance and dwell time data. Live room occupancy views, room capacity threshold monitoring, and detailed event attendee paths are just some of the amazing reporting that has been made possible through this technology. Real-Time Reporting, Data Exports & Detailed Analytics Our session tracking options actively collect attendee check-in and location data, providing detailed session and dwell time analytics in real-time. The platform actively monitors room occupancy and automatically sends threshold notifications/warnings (by Text/SMS and Email). The platform also monitors each of your session tracking devices, keeping you informed during the event.
Custom Reporting

The Suite includes certificate creation tools and can automatically generate and deliver (by email) any number of attendee certificates.
Registration Setup/Support
We provide registration equipment including setup & support services for your event. We offer self check-in stations, and automated badge printing to ensure a fast and effecient process that will eliminate long wait lines.
In-person/Hybrid Meetings
Hybrid or in-person meetings, we've got your covered. We provide AV and presentation support, as well as state-of-the-art technical production services like custom stage design and build; sophisticated sound and lighting support; and stage management.
A/V Booth Setup/Support
We provide monitors, computers, LED walls and more for your audio visual needs. Not only do we provide the equipment, we also can provide you with the installation, booth support, project management, engineering and staffing. With our one-stop shop mindset we can provide any/all levels of personnel including network technicians, booth staff, and registration staff. Along with our industry partners, no job is too big or too small for us to support.​
